About

ClinicShop is a curated catalog of the tools small and mid-size outpatient practices use to run revenue cycle: EHRs, clearinghouses, scrubbing engines, A/R workdown platforms, and patient-pay tools. We review based on what working billers actually pick — not by who pays the highest affiliate rate. Listings are factual; opinion lives in the blog.

How we list

Three rules that keep the catalog useful.

Catalog FAQ

Do you take affiliate fees?

Some links may be affiliate where the vendor offers a standard partner program; affiliate status does not change placement or wording. Where we accept, it is disclosed in the listing.

How do you decide what gets listed?

Working biller feedback, market share in outpatient, and whether the vendor responds to update requests. If a vendor goes silent for two refresh cycles, the listing is removed.

Can I request a tool to be added?

Yes — use the form. We add tools that have 3+ production deployments at outpatient practices we can verify.

Why no star ratings?

A 4.2/5 average for an EHR is meaningless without specialty, practice size, and integration context. We describe; you decide.

Want a shortlist for your stack?

Tell us your specialty, EHR, and biggest revenue-cycle pain. We send back a 3-tool shortlist and a one-pager on what's working at similar practices.
